i want to see his pov because this guy just handcuff me and i was not doing anythink and he was also shooting me with out demands...

He had a reason to arrest you , which as he mentioned wearing an illegal armor according to Penal codes 2.4 Prohibited items, includes − Ballistic vest of any color except gray , the armor you are wearing is colored , If you have any problems with his arrest deal with it ICly by suing him
Also don't see any shooting in your POV​
