Additional information
1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

  • I was trained in the National Guard during Darius Edge's term. and after that, I joined LSPD in Tyrell Johnson's term to gain experience, and I worked there and grinded my position for a long time. I witnessed one of the best Chiefs of LSPD, and I became Commander of Swat and after that Chief of Staff in Jayden Hill's term, and those people were the reason that I really liked to become Chief as well to make a great organization as they did, and I will try my best to make the city of Los Santos clear of criminals and a safer city for all citizens.

  • I have been in a lot of organizations for almost 2 years and have seen all types of corruption and favoritism. Personally, I'm against it, and I will not let any unfair situation happen if I become LSPD Chief. and there will be a chain of commands to follow to have a perfect result in any operation, including store robberies and hostage situations. Also, personally, I really like teamwork and helping employees, and I will make sure to have very good terms with all legal organizations and help them with whatever they want. I will not let them down, and I will always be on their side no matter what.

  • I will try to have active HR to do recruitment and make good officers by training them, and I will also really try to have active officers 24 hours a day to assist and secure any type of criminal activity. Also, I will try to have good and experienced high commands to always have rookies and officers under control and make sure nothing wrong happens. and I will add a new department named Gang & Narcotics Division to stand against smugglers and try to stop the rotation of selling drugs and illegal weapons and stand against any gang activity inside city. and I will have a strong SWAT team to arrest wanted criminals and have special operations in any active situations, and take the lead on ghetto patrols.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I will have 7 different departments in LSPD in my term they'll be as follows:

1. Human Resources - This department would be the backbone of LSPD, it will help managing the needs of the department in the area of getting good units at different time zones to make sure that the org stays active at all times with enough units with good knowledge of city, this department's some common functions include:

Recruitment and Selection: The HR department is responsible for attracting by advertisements and with the help of PR, screening going through multiple checks, and selecting new police officers. Conducting interviews and ensuring that candidates meet the required qualifications and pass necessary background checks.

Training and Development: Facilitates training programs for both new recruits and existing officers. These programs may cover topics such as law enforcement techniques, ethics, community relations, and specialized skills.

Policy Development: To establish and update regulations and processes concerning behavior among employees, leave, promotion, and other employment-related issues, HR works with department administration.

2. Internal Affairs - Internal Affairs (IA) branch is entrusted with conducting unbiased and impartial investigations into claims of misconduct, contraventions of departmental rules, or alleged corruption concerning police officers and staff. To ensure objectivity and honesty in its investigations, IA conducts autonomously of the other departments within the department.

3. Public Relationships - In order to foster trust, transparency, and a sense of belonging in the community, Public Relations (PR) includes handling the agency's contacts and communications with the public and media. The PR staff aims to provide the general public with crucial information while also promoting the department's activities, accomplishments, and mission. They take part in a variety of activities, including managing PR events, distributing press releases, answering questions from the media.

4. Traffic Enforcement Division - A specialist division known as the Traffic Enforcement Division is in charge of upholding traffic laws and regulations, guaranteeing road safety, and minimizing traffic-related incidents. Officers in this division concentrate on patrolling streets, highways, and intersections to keep an eye out for and enforce traffic infractions like speeding, reckless driving, and driving while intoxicated. Additionally, they are working hard to tow those vehicles which are parked improperly or not at the right parking spot.

5. Gangs & Narcotics Division - Gangs & Narcotics Division is a specialist division with the goal of identifying and combating gang-related activity and illegal drug trafficking within its area of responsibility. Identification, tracking, and dismantlement of criminal gangs and drug distribution networks are the purview of this division, they would be taking lead in taking down any narcotics for example going on cannabis raids and all.

6. Special Weapon and Tactics [S.W.A.T] - Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team is a highly skilled and specialized unit charged with tackling high-risk scenarios that are beyond the scope of standard law enforcement. SWAT teams are prepared to respond to crucial emergencies such as hostage situations, Gun Store Robberies, Gang Raids, and other serious situations.

7. Detectives - Police officers that are tasked with investigating and cracking complicated and serious crimes are known as detectives. Detectives specializing on gathering information, performing interviews, and analyzing data to solve cases, as opposed to uniformed officers who often respond to initial incidents and uphold general law and order, at hostage situations they would be the first one to negotiate with criminals in LSPD Jurisdiction, and they will take evidence for FIB to help them.
