18911,11332,5596 robbed me and my friend without wearing 51% gang clothes as u can see and they didn't told me that they are now gonna stuff from my bag or rob me(pickpocket me) and I'm pretty sure they have to tell me so thats fail rp.

ID 5596 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rules 1.9
ID 1891 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rules 1.9
All three ID's are seen robbing not wearing 51% gang clothing.
