i was on duty for GOV SS going up to doc to provide support for lunch time when i cam across a road block they had the road 100% blocked and asked me to stop i stopped immediately and followed internal protocol of requesting assistance as they had not took my radio and my hands were free and not in the air they then shot me after stopping with out giving me fair chance to react to their RP situation
