This guy removed resource scanners from exchange after I confirmed the amount .
I don't even know why it allow him to remove anything after I confirm the cash amount .

You had the chance to review and confirm the exchange after the change was made
When he removed the scanners, you could have clicked the X to change money or cancel the entire exchange​
