I bought a new GTA 5. Since I bought a new GTA 5, I had a new social club account, but I had made my username the same as my old social club account. That's why I couldn't open a new account in Grand RP. Afterwards, the admins of the Grand RP Forum helped me and told me that I could change my social club username and open a new account. So I changed my username and created a new account, which is probably why my social club account was blocked.
