I got punished for Provoking. All that happened is someone said our fam is getting reported on forums for something. The same person did it 3 times and I said come to fam raid then we will do to Gov . Admin game provoking for this but didn't punish any one from their side.

Your punishment was correct, and if an admin missed something in club chat you can make a complaint as the admin instructed you already.
