pls help me i was working out at the bach and then my game freaze for a few mins so i close the game and when i opened it up i got ban for gen 4.1( i was workingout idk how it evan possible), i think the admin thought that i was using chats so he ban me (for 60 days) . what i think happend is my game froze and admin came to me so I couldn't respond to him because my game froze and then he ban me. pls help me im beggin you i didnt do anything wrong its the summer i dont have any other game to play pls
