Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. As a newcomer to the state, I went straight to the ghetto, where I also gained experience about the gangs and their rules, so now I know how to behave in the ghetto. So I also learned how to beat the competition and I want to prove that I am a good leader. I know, the role of a leader and it makes me happy to lead people and be there for his own gang. I know what the terms turfing, spraying means and I already gained experience in many gangs by my kenntnise I believe that I could make a very good leader as a bloods leader.
2. My second reason is i have really strong turf team and we will make 100% turf
3. we will make a name for ourselves in the whole ghetto and we will be the best in everything at events
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legitimate organizations more fun and engaging. I will provide an experience that is fearless, completely illegal, but also knows the law and uses it to the other side.
I think the most important part is that there are officials in the gang who know and teach the rules, I will provide them and put them in the right positions.
I will be a fair leader and gather everyone under one roof.
