Rejected Improper Explanation and Incorrect Punishment | John Lark

So lemme start off from the beginning, I was recently selected to become an administrative assistant, from the day I joined I started working day and night and worked really hard, I had really high activity and was even praised by other administrators for my activity and after 2 weeks one fine day I received a message from the Senior Curator of Supports John Lark that I will be removed with the reason "Lack of knowledge about server rules and asking admin interview questions / answers to other administrators, After that I DM'd John Lark and waited for 2 days for an explanation or proper reasoning, meanwhile I didn't ask for any admin interview questions from any administrator after I was instructed not do so and all I did was ask basic answers like punishments for RP terms (PG, NLR, MG, etc), these were the only answers asked by me and also that was with the intention that it will help me perform better as an administrator and an assistant. And after that I was removed without warning.

I think that punishment issued was incorrect for someone who had worked really hard day and night.
Please sort this out with the needful.

First things first, since the day you were selected for an admin by Drake, the following week itself, you started messaging other administrators, including support ones asking about your interview / what all will be asked. The following week, you again repeated the same with other administrators and kept DMing, asking again about your interview. For which your interview was DELAYED. (I also informed you in DMs to not do this)

After which, when you finally did get an interview, your performance was extremely bad and disappointing, considering how much you pestered us for the interview. After your interview was over, Saif and Jordan clearly explained your mistakes and also explained the correct answer to you. Yet you proceeded to DM other admins asking the exact answers to the questions from the interview (which were already explained to you).

You were also not confident with the definitions of BASIC RP terms in the situations explained to you. You also asked about the punishments for BASIC rule breaks that ANY PLAYER would know by either playing the game or reading the rules. Hence we all decided to remove you for the reason given.

The rest of the decision is up to Alex and James.

To make things clear

I wasn’t asking the administrators for direct questions for the interview, I was just asking to help me prepare like a mock test to test my knowledge and abilities which I stopped after you informed me not to in DMs and regarding the interview timings, I was just curious about it and was unaware that it wasn’t allowed to ask which again I stopped doing so and regarding the questions I asked the administrators, I just wanted to confirm the answers to the questions to not make mistake

But again final decision upto Alex and James
