Rejected shooting at me

I went to Los Santos Customs to have my car repaired. Then a bike came along and I didn't notice, so I bumped into it. Then he pulled a gun on me. I also took a screenshot. Then he shot at me and I hit him as he ran. As if that wasn't enough, he started shooting at me again while I was running away. I then went to find him so I could see his ID and he was next to his bike. He said something to me but I didn't understand.

before that you hit me thats because I shooted you because of that I lost my gun and I lost 13k and you did that 4 or maybe 6 times I have only 1 video.well you know what you killed me 3 times. And I cant understand why you write that turkish I translate with goole translate? I think the moderator will understand what I mean. (You started to hit me first)
