1. Leader of National Guard
A) I have been part of this organization for 5 months. I was a very active member of National Guard, I have taken many leads in National Guard operations like Ammo Run, Events for the organization and checkpoints when government is not active. As i was a part of this organization for a long time i have gained some mutual respect amongst the NG soldiers.
B) I have been loyal to my work in NG plus to those friends who trusted me and never doubted on me. Since i have been in NG for this much of time i have created some task to do so our guys don't feel like that they don't have any extra to do.
C) As i was also in Gangs and because of that i have gained the knowledge how gangs prepare to attack FZ and i have some methods to counter them. I would also be training all the new soldiers by myself under my supervision.
2.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
A) In NG we people used to keep our mind on the defending sides but if we started to play a aggressive during raid times and have a good back up at entry and exit points we will surely achieve success.
B) Keeping a regular training between different orgs and each other to upgrade skills in shooting and in defense.
C) Giving pilot training to every guy so that they can fly in emergency situation when no pilot is available plus improving driving capabilities so they can easily catch someone if they are trespassing inside base.
