Chandra Sekhar was born in India. He was a 14 year old Kid when He Moved to Los Santos for Higher Education , Chandra's parents were visiting when he was getting his Diploma and were Killed in a Store Robbery Shootout, His friends father dealt with the case and got Justice for his parents Murder , Since then he admired his friends father & being a Cop , He used to stay at a Orphanage and visited his friends house so he can know how to be like his friends father one day. His friends father saw Chandra's Interest in becoming a Cop and paid his fee for his Police Academy and Training.

Chandra joined police academy and got trained to be police officer in SAHP he completes his training and becomes police officer. After joining the SAHP he moved in to apartment above his friends house. He spends 2 years in SAHP serving his State day by day and spending his leisure time with his friends family as they are the only family they got. One day his friends father was murdered and some of the evidence pointed towards Chandra, So he was fired until the Case was concluded. After a long 15 Months the case Ended as they found the real killer. This 15 months Chandra had to make money to Live and the only way he knew was how criminals make money, He did a lot of crimes but never caught as he knew how Police work and he Avoided making any mistakes. After passing all the tests again he Joined back in to SAHP and Made his way upto Chief of Staff and now he left SAHP and Joined LSPD, One day in a Sting he met Some of his friends from the old Criminal days and now he is interested in making more money as a Corrupt Officer.
