The only rule according to POV is Event rule 1.7: All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban
Since this was not an event, I think the mentioned people do not have to provide a POV.

You are not allowed to use M menu to avoid calling an ambulance while unconscious to use the RP/Non-Chat and Free-Cam.
