2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
  1. I want to be a leader of the organization as i have been deputy before in SAHP, and Families, and i have been rank 28 in majority of the organizations.
  2. The second reason i am wanting leadership is because i think me as a leader, i am very organized, and have great leadership skills. i think if i become LSPD Chief, that LSPD should run well.
  3. LSPD has always been an experienced org, and i want to be leader to keep it the way it should be. as myself and my Deputy's (have not been chosen yet) will try our best to shine LSPD out, corruption free, and the best LEO org out there.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. My advice for improving the roleplay in the organization is ensuring everyone follows the current legislation, ensure there are no favouritism happening, and ensure that everyone attends events, and give bonuses to those who are doing outstanding work. We are going to ensure all our departments have Head of departments suited for that department and ensure that everyone is well trained. I also want us to roleplay the best to our ability, make sure we are driving properly, ensure we are friendly to civilians, and members of Los santos.

Departments:

1-HRT: This department would be responsible for hiring and training new officers and ensuring all officers are happy with their current position.

2-SWAT: This department would be responsible for doing our ghetto patrols as well negotiations and taking control in all events.

3-IA: This department would be responsible for checking every officer work and can fire any officer who is breaking the law, and doing corrupt activity's, with approval of the COS Curator of IA.

4-Undercover Bureau: This department would be responsible for collecting evidence to help FIB as well as catching people planting cannabis in the city, they are also there to assist FIB with any operation that requires undercover.

To the LSPD Curators, can we work out a time that i can attend due to my life it would be hard to attend the interview if we cannot work out a schedule as the last time i applied for leadership, i could not attend the interview due to it being 4am AEST.
