I was leaving the situation and after leaving the hostage the officers has shooted the fuel pump and blasted which is not possible

It's clear, your cars was behind of the fuel. It's mean when you guys getting shot can get demolish the fuel pumps also.
- At that point hostages are safe, and we are clear to shoot.

Upon reviewing this evidence I have decided to reject this report
- Regarding Power Gaming No ID's are visible who shoot the bullets
- Regarding Fail RP - their is no Fail RP in the evidence that you have provided (if their is any fail rp in this situation you can make new forum with the whole POV )
- However ID 91732 will recive punishment for stalling
