in POV you can see 72079 doing VDM and 32866 start to shoot without any demand.

it is battle event so their is no need to give demand

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 32866 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15.
ID 72079 will receive a punishment for VDM.
ID 70734 will receive a punishment for VDM.

However,
ID 17168 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15

( When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. )​
