I got a 60 day Ban for GR 1.9. I never trade anything on this account besides a house i gifted to my friend.
Before i traded the house i asked Admins if this is allowed which the Admins agreed on, Proof below:
To allaborate a bit more, i asked whats the lowest i can sell a house for, they told me i can sell for 50% of state value. I also asked if im allowed to pass my friend money and he buys the house with that money which Tim Profit agreed on (see in Proof). There was no break of the tax evade rule, i payed the taxes and the value did not exceed 5 Million.
