Biography
Dimitri moved to the USA with his family when he was 5 years old. They lived in Brooklyn in the early 2000s. He had good relations with immigrants like Vladimir himself. He had friends from Cuba, Colombia, Mexico, France etc. His parents passed away when he was in his senior year of high school, so he had to drop out of school and start working to earn a living. After getting into trouble with the law in Vice City, he decided to move across the country to Los Santos. Dimitri joined forces with the LSPD after moving to Los Santos. Vincent's and started working for Patrol Officer 3. His hard work paid off and he rose through the ranks. Due to his high work pace and discipline, the LSPD sent him to the Academy while he was working as a Lieutenant.
After the academy, he got an offer from the secret service by Fahd Ukeal.
He was Director of the Secret Service for 6 terms.
Dimitri, who became the head of the FIB Special Operations unit at Dino Lopes' request, will continue to work due to certain problems due to corruption in the department, but he has decided to work outside the department as well.
