Hello Bobby,
I hope you are doing great. I am Shantanu Singh ( Ex Chief of EMS - 19687 and Ex Marabunta Leader - 18709 ). I had been playing this project since a long time, for more than 2-3 years. I had broken some rules, when I was new, not knowing much about the server rules for which I am extremely sorry.
When I started EN03 server I almost forgot all the rules because I had left GRP for months by then.
At the starting time, I played with my friends and as we all were new here, we broke rules got demorgans, warnings and bans. But I make sure that I never got any type of serious punishment for cheating, hacks or deceiving.
But after some time, I came to know about how to play RP correctly. From that time, I went to gangs to learn gang RP, started from beginning and made my way to Deputy rank. Then I went to State mainly EMS and there too I started from the bottom and made my way up. I had been Deputy from both State ( in EMS ) as well as Crime sides ( in Families).
I was also appointed and worked as EMS Chief and Marabunta Leader. I handled EMS during the worst time of EMS when there were minimum people in the server due to DLC changes and issue in GCs. I gave all the efforts to revive it till the successful end of my term. I had been 2 times Leader, 4 times Deputy and many times HCs including both the State and Crime sections.
In my way from the beginning from the lowest ranks and making my way up, I learnt about most of the rules, both State and Crime. I also got to know about how this RP works. Being Leader gave me knowledge and experience to handle all the situations with patience. And now I want to apply for Server Administrator. Not because of Administrator power or something else, but I like helping new people, sharing my experience and correcting the mistakes of people.
I know that I broke some rules during the early stages, but I didn't even got a warn since months. All the bans that I got in recent times to be honest wasn't under my control.
The recent ban for 6.19 wasn't my faulty at all, someone else did it and I got the ban for it which was later removed.
The ban for 4.1 happened cuz I wasn't able to install redux correctly due to which the black death screen didn't appeared in a pov while I was dead.
And about the LR 1.1 ban, I nvr disbanded my org. I did everything to run it but due to rulebreaks in turf and the curator being on leave I got warns and wasn't able to host global. And at the last week my org got disbanded due to warns.
I take full responsibility of my doings because after all it was I who got punishment and I shouldn't blame it to someone else. But I really promise not to break any of the rules in future or do anything that could get me into trouble. I also haven't appealed for a money or account wipe ever, so please grant me a chance to clear my punishment history.
