Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 99 will receive a punishment for metagaming and not wearing 51% gang colors.

When driving gang cars or participating in ANY gang activity one must wear 51% of your gang's color. The three clothing items are shirt, pants, shoes, and 2 out of 3 must be your respective gang colors. ID 99 also calls the complaintee by their name despite the fact that they are strangers.​
