This isn't deceiving admins. He's trying to make sure that what he's doing isn't breaking any rules. This should be appreciated if anything. If they told him it would've been a rule break he wouldn't have done it.

Jay is a good guy, and would never intentionally break rules. He is active every day and brings good RP to the server.

how are you gonna say that he gave you his money isn't he banned on his other account.
