Today on 8/18/23 I was banned for GR 1.6 by Alex Odd. Im looking to have this appealed because I simply didn't do anything remotely close to GR 1.6.
I bought 2 houses from my friend for state value, and sold him my house in return for state value. We confirmed every single thing we would be doing with an admin who said we were within the rules as long as the houses weren't being sold for less than half of state value, and as long as there wasn't any additional trading of items or any OOC trading happening. The house trading can easily be tracked through logs and you can see that we did everything correctly and by the servers standards as far as rules go.
I bought his house first because I only owned one house and needed a home to move my family to before proceeding with selling my home to him, once i initially bought his house and moved my family home, he then bought my old house that he was wanting to purchase from me.
GR 1.6 is as follows, "The attempt to sell/buy game property for real money is prohibited. (Exception - GRAND COINS) | PERMANENT BAN" No real money or even grand coins were used or ever mentioned through out the deal
