As we can see in his own POV, when he opens the binoculars the screen is all weird like it was not recording all overlays or re recording a video from already recorded video.
And no audio was recorded in the POV when he was speaking to the other guy as we can clearly see the microphone was open and was replying to him as if it was edited which is illegal to do so.
He saw a officer he though was doing corruption and did not take action which is himself being corrupt in that situation.
Rather than dropping a local or global and asking for backup he decides to just stand in middle of road and see through the binoculars which is fail RP.
He asks for some units on radio to bring the car as if he was going to take on the officers for being corrupt and arrest them but just go around them to see the ID's and just return to the capitol and saving the bodycam even though he never asked for any ID's from any of the Leos involved in the situation. ( Meta gaming )
