This is a complaint on behalf of my friend regarding his ban for event rule 1.7 because he got some technical issue with his forum account , He got banned for 30 days for not providing pov when requested .

He is seeking a last chance to get unbanned , he usually records his povs but unfortunately didnt upgrade the drivers of radeon graphics this time and couldnt capture his pov.
He realized his mistake and promised never break any rules in his presence.

Hoping Higher authorities understand my situation and unban him for 1 last time .
