Those are UB panels and place counts as unscripted GZ due that you can not give any demands.

After confirmation these panels are not considered UB, however if we come across them they will be removed as they cause shooting in GZ. In the POV he gives you demands, but doesn't actually engage, the engaging in a fight would result in punishment, the simple demands will not.​
