2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• I would love to be the Leader of SAHP because i have spent most of my LEO life in that organisation, i have watched the ORG flourish and also fail. I feel with my knowledge that i have taken from previous terms that i could make SAHP the best it can be! With my knowledge taken from being a 3 time Deputy i will use all the strategies i have picked up to ensure all events/globals/locals are responded to with maximunn strategy and efficiency to ensure the safety of our lovely civilians.
• I feel that recently in legal orgs not just SAHP, that the new officers coming ito the city arent gettig as much attention/training that they should recieve. Under my leadership i would focus all HRT'S attention on training these officers aswell as doing there usual open recruitments and hiring. HRT will recieve bonuses for every unit hired and trained in the organisation, This is a good way to balance work with reward so officers always feel appretiated and rewarded.
• Under my leadership HC positions would not be given out to everybody, HC positions will have to be earnt whether the officer i questio has been HC before or not. They will have to prove themselves to me and my deputies and also prove themselves to the ORG. Im seeing way too many HCs in orgs recently and this effects the newer officers because they feel they will never reach these positions with them always being full.
• Another key thing to SAHP is the fact that they are the only ORG to be able to sell License plates and insurace. I would always have officers doing these duties and to stop it feeling stale for them there would be big bonuses for these officers.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Under my Leadership i will train all officers to use RP commands (Such as /me /try /do) as much as possible. RP commands can be used in every situation that occurs but they ofte dont get used. There are many ways we can implement these commands to benefit the RP experience with all those involved. I will also ensure that all situations are responded to with the same amount of force and efficiency. With the new checkpoint implemented i feel this will make the highways alot safer for our civilians. The more people that get checked at the check point means more of our civilians are safer from harm and beig robbed.

Departments

HRT ( Human Resource and Training ) - HRT is one of the most important departments. With the correct Troopers running this department then it ensures all new officers are epuipped with the knowledge they need.
PR ( Public Relations ) - Public relations is the department that will deal with the backlash from civilians that will come from law suits and subpeanas. PR is used to connect the public and SAHP together.
SWAT ( SWAT ) - This department are the Elites, they will always have maximum coordination and response times will be short to all events.
HWP ( Highway Patrol ) - Highway patrol are the department to manage the highways. Speed traps, highway patrols and towing at all hours ensures the safety of passing civilians on the highways.
IA ( Internal Affairs ) -In my opinion Internal affairs is the most important department in the ORG. With a strinct IA leader this will ensure all mistakes are dealt with accordingly.
UC ( Undercover ) - Undercover is there to help FIB with the evidences, A lot of criminal actvivity occurs on the highway and that makes perfect evidence for FIB to do a bust.
