Event was already started. You got notification when you enter the zone. It doesnt matter you are inside the building or not, you were in the circle.

Event area is only inside of building! Store Robbery is OOC Event not an IC, you cannot do anything IC'ly. it's clear you are doing RDM (ER 1.2) extra you finished her its MK.

Bank Robbery event starts at 21:30, in your friends pov time is 21:31 that means event already started, and he already got the notification for getting in the circle. You can shoot me aswell outside of the building if I am in the event area. When gangs are robbing an 24/7 Store arent you shooting in the circle? Or are you shooting people who is inside the 24/7?
