2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons and explain)
- I want to be the leader of National Guard as it is the dream of every person to serve their country by joining the army and it would be exceptionally mesmerising to lead an army and help the state making it a safer place! Other than the homely feeling I have attached to NG, I also have a lot of experience serving as a National Guard. I have just completed my 4th term in NG under General Elite Dash’s term as the Major General of RR and as the manager of SASD. Other than serving 4 terms in NG as a High Command and a general commissioned officer, I have really good experience in all state orgs as well.
Some of my rank achievements are:-
1. Chief of Staff in SAHP (27)
2. COS and Major in LSPD (27&26) x2 terms
3. Current COS of Government (27) ex doc supervisor (10)
4. Black Ops 3 Agent in FIB (20)
5. 1st Responder in EMS
6. 4 terms in NG as 25+ rank
Achievements in NG:
- 2X head of SASD
- 1 X Deputy Head of CRM
- 1 x High command in Military Police

Even after being in every state organisation I don’t know why I find NG the most elite out of all of them! Fort Zancudo just feels homely and too much captivating to leave
Many people think of NG as boring and there is also a myth that has been created about NG ‘there is nothing to do in NG other than watching gates’ but I believe otherwise, with my will and ideas I PROMISE to make NG the first choice of every person new to Los santos like it was my first choice! I remember NG was the first org I wanted to join and I will make sure to make NG so elite that it becomes the first choice of every citizen if they want to start their career in Law Enforcement and want to serve their state.
2nd Reason: I am very punctual and I care for this organisation. There have been several COMPLAINTS to the governor and to gods that
NG does NOT DELIVER candy runs on time.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level
in the organisation:
There have been many great generals who
served out beautiful city of Los Santos-
Andrew, Liam, Elite and trust me on this I am going
to be on this list! Serving multiple times under
NG and taught me many things which are so
complex emotions that can't we expressed in
words! It's not just an organisation it's an
emotion. ITS A WAY OF LIFE. And trust mel will,
these all the brave soldiers who come in NG
whether it's their 1st term there are
experienced invidious, THEY would All be
feeling extremely welcomed rather than feeling underpaid or thinking that their work is going unnoticed. I promise to always be with my units and I would never abandon them no matter what the stakes are.
Army Special Forces under my term:
1. CRM- Combat Rescue Medics or CRM will be the 1st special forces team of NG, they would be the brave battlefield doctors of our organisation who would be expert doctors. They would require to have a experience in EMS (Emergency Medical Services) and would need to be pure professionals. I would also give chances to regular soldier without EMS background to go in CRM but they would first have to pass the training of CRM which would include- when to patch, how to give protected to knocked out people, how to protect them, how to patch people up etc. This training can be given by the HOD OF CRM of the DHOD OF CRM.
2. S.A.S- Special Air Services or SAS would be the brave war pilots soldiers of our team. They would do scouting, transport soldiers quickly to global, guarding candy trucks during candy run from the air and waring other units if there is a 10-16 in the way. This would be one of the most elite SPECIAL FORCES DIVISION in our team and would only consist of the best of the best. To get in SAS you would require really good flying skills as the soldiers would be trusting you with their lives. You would need to be calm in heavily intense situations such as if you are getting shot at while landing, you would require to be calm and know how much time you have to bring all our brave soldiers to safety. To join SAS you would need to join AF (Air force) first and if the Chief Marshall Of Air Force would think that you are capable of going in SAS then you would be taken in or after serving some time in Air Force you can contact the HOD OF SAS or the DHOD OF SAS to test your skills, get some basic training about SAS and if you PASS you would be taken in SAS.
H.R.T- Hostage Rescue Team or HRT used to be a subdivision of SAS, but In my term it would be a completely different division! To get into HRT all you need is- good cooperation with other units during situations, you need to be good shooters, you need to think wisely all the times, have the most creative and best ideas about what to do to gain advantage against Gangs and terrorists during situations to win! This division would also be responsible for Training Recruits in Hand to Hand Combat and shooting. You would need to make every bullet in you MAGAZINE count!
M.P- M.P or Military Police would be the internal affairs team of NG. They would listen to soldiers problem, make sure the soldiers are upto their best behaviour, no one is getting bullied or troubled by an HC etc. They would be responsible to give strikes to people on complaints of course with VALID PROOF ONLY! They would also make sure no soldier is involved in doing illegal activities, giving out CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION to outsiders, no one posses prohibited items, every one is getting their pay checks on time etc.
M.I.A- MIA or Military Intelligence Agency would be a new and fresh division which would be started under my term. They would have a secret office which is inside the bunker present in the FZ and only M.I.A soldiers, Lt. Generals and the General would be authorised to enter that. All M.I.A matters and meetings would be conducted there only! M.I.A soldiers would have undercover soldiers and for that you need to have past experience in FIB, SAHP TASK FORCE or LSPD TASK FORCE. There would be very less units in this division as it would require a lot of experience and bravery. M.I.A units would have to give all information in form of their logs to the M.I.A chief and the the chief would report it DIRECTLY TO THE GENERAL. The work in this division would be hard but it would be very rewarding as well!
Air Force: Air Force would be the brave pilot units of our team and only the soldiers with the best flying skills would be able to join the division and they have to show their flying skills to the HOD of AF or the DHOD of AF if the HOD isn’t present or busy. Every soldier who wants to access NG flying vehicles is supposed to give a test to AF to get licenses and if a soldier is caught without NG air licenses using NG crafts then they can will get a strike. Air Force may also train junior SASD soldiers about flying and good officers in Air Force would be directly selected in SASD without having to give the flying exam to SASD.
BONUS SYSTEM UNDER MY TERM:
Gate Keeping 1 hour: 20k
Gate Keeping during 17:00 to 22:00(crucial hours): 25k
1 Ammo run: 10k
1 event attended: 15k
And P.S. I would give EXTRA BONUS to soldiers for their good performance and professionalism on the battlefield and after events!
