I hope this post finds you well. I'm reaching out to address a recent ban that I received for unintentional bug abuse. I genuinely believe there has been a misunderstanding, and I would like to provide my perspective on the situation.
During a recent gameplay session, I encountered an incident where another player initiated an unprovoked attack on my character. In an attempt to gather information about the aggressor to discuss the issue constructively, I encountered difficulties viewing the player's ID due to the bright lighting conditions in-game. In an effort to remedy this, I pressed the "Esc" key to access the game menu, which inadvertently allowed me to adjust my camera view.
By adjusting the camera angle, I was able to point it towards the ground and finally view the player's ID to proceed with my intended action of addressing the issue. Regrettably, I was later informed that this action was perceived as bug abuse, leading to my ban.
I want to stress that my intention was never to exploit a bug or violate any rules. I was simply trying to navigate around the brightness issue to identify the player responsible for the unprovoked attack on my character. I genuinely care about maintaining a fair and respectful gaming environment and did not intend to engage in any form of abuse.
I kindly request that the community and moderators review my case with an open mind. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or evidence to support my claim of unintentional action. If there are any steps I can take to rectify this situation, I am eager to cooperate fully.
I apologize for any confusion my actions may have caused, and I genuinely hope for a fair resolution to this matter. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
Best regards,
