Clands is an ooc event which take place in another dimension and being outside wont give any advantage (like in store robbery) also its not an red circle event as mentioned in the rules i will automatically leave the zone in 5sec
1.11 During events with a red circles, all players must be inside a red circle. Shooting outside the zone is forbidden. | Jail 120 min
(zones like gang raid turf)
