Rejected Ban appeal | Notix haze

I received a Ban from Notix on the 18.08.2023 For Event rule 1.7. I understand that i need to have POV of all events attended. You can hear me state in the Bodycam above that i said that my bodycam had crashed and i got it started as soon as i could. You can also see in the bodycam that i had POV of some of the event but not all of the event. This is the first time i have been banned for not having POV and i can assure you it wont happen again. In the POV i also said over radio that i cant arrest anyone because my POV had crashed and i didn't. I love grand so much as a whole and i really don't enjoy not being able to play. I just want to know if there is any way that i can get my ban reduced as i did have some POV but unfortunately not all of it. This is the first time i have received a punishment like this and for this long. I am really sorry and this will not happen again.

How am i suppose to know that my AMD software is going to crash.
It feels like i am being punished for something that isn't my fault and isn't in my hands

answer was already given , if you don't have POV according to server rules is 30 days ban! u should be fully prepared to event and start recording before event start , if u have not made this - is only your fault - as result u are banned same as any other player whom is violating EVENT rules
