2. Why do want to be a leader of this specific organization? ( List to reason with an explanation )
- I've been in the National Guard as a Major General for two terms, after being part of SAHP, FIB, and LSPD, including Deputy Chief of Police. This experience taught me how to lead well and run things smoothly.
- I led HR for FIB, LSPD, and National Guard, which helped me teach people how to act professionally. I'm committed to doing a good job without making mistakes.
- I'm around and active mostly between 12:00 and 22:00 when National Guard activities happen. I will also make sure that active people at gates duty so that we can avoid FZ raid
3. Your advice to improving the RolePlay level in the organization
- NG is a very much good organization in the list of the organizations of the city but the main problem NG is stuck for growing up rapidly and more atractive is NG closed it work with some selected major works like joining some scriot events, defending the gates and the base so as you can see there are not much activity for players to do in NG so they feel boaring and dont show any interest to join or do the RP in NG but from my past electrifying experience I can say that NG is much more fun if we add some more activity's in the organization so first of all NG have some special helicopters and planes which alaways stay in the garage and not being use so if we can add some scheduled patrolling around the base like the mountains and the terry's with air support it will be more interesting. We can do a scheduled fight in the NG arena with the NG members dividing in 2 teams which will be more attractive and fun and also it will be develop the shooting skills of the players in the organization
