2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
>> A longing to serve and safeguard the local area:
The Gatekeeper plays a pivotal job in maintaining security and integrity of the army base along with the well-being and security of the local area. As a General, I can essentially guarantee the security and prosperity of the individuals they serve.
>> Chance to foster administration abilities: giving a chance to create and level up administration abilities, including correspondence,
navigation, and vital preparation during events. Every feedback from all soldiers will be heard and flaws will be fixed. Or on the other hand, warriors to assist them with becoming more grounded and productive.
>> Loss of confidence:
The past few terms were inactive and failed to achieve the requirements. Army is deployed only during a extreme state of emergency and as an Leader I will devote my own life into the combat zone and fight for the good karma. I will make sure NG has 100% activity and brings fear in minds of Gangs.
3. What I will follow to improve the Group?
>> Put forth clear objectives and assumptions:
Characterize the mission, goals, and obligations of NG
will assist the individuals with understanding what they need to
accomplish and how their work squeezes into the bigger picture.
>> Impart actually and destroy Nepotism:
Lay out open lines of correspondence between the individuals
of the group. Support criticism, pay attention to worries, and give
direction to assist them with moving along. Nepotism will be abolished when
I enter the Gates, people will be treated with equality.
>> Foster colleagues' abilities: Offer preparation and improvement
potential chances to assist with joining individuals to develop and extend their
ranges of abilities. This can incorporate specialized, initiative,
what's more, and correspondence preparation.
>> Warcry: Show others what it takes to be an in the Army, Sacrifice your life and
fight till death, I as a leader will be a mentor and will be ready to sacrifice all I have

I would propose the use of all suitable assets like Planes, Secrecy Choppers Trucks and so on. Every one of these have been inactive and corroded as very few understand what NG can really do. I propose there should be Military Motorcade atleast once a term where the Gov can feature what NG has and show the Cutting edge hardware to the general population.
