About me:
My name is Riley, and in grand roleplay my name is Aiden Vuitton, I am here applying today to secure the leadership of the National Guard, I have always aspired to be a leader, and have worked in the national guard a lot in my past, I have been a college to many of the leaders and they aspired me to go for National guard now, I have worked in the national guard several times, all as a high ranking solider. from rank 27-28. I have quite a lot of experience in legal orgs. I have been deputy in SAHP, Major General in NG (when it was rank 28) and 00 handler and COS in FIB.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. first and foremost, I desire to take on the role as Leader of National guard to contribute to the organizations to ensure that every organization has ammo and gear as they need, I understand that it is crucial to them, and it is always a priority to ensure they have ammo, I understand that if they do not have ammo they will not be able to protect the state of San Andreas.
2. 2nd of all. I am applying as general to devote my time, and effort into being a General of the National Guard, i understand that if i am not devoted i can lose my position as leader, and I am willing to go above and beyond as a leader. I am also fully aware that they count on having an active leader and deputy's as they are the ones who overlook everything. Despite my age, I am a very mature person, and I know how to handle ALOT of situations that are quite stressful to those who are uncertain of what to do, i also bring necessary skills to leadership to ensure they have a leader who is knowledged.
3. Ultimately, my aspiration is to lead NG as a devoted general who is willing to go above and beyond, ensure that I am also active and have a lot of confidence in my role, without devotion, and confidence it can lead to down falls. We are focusing on growth, and effectiveness within our organization to ensure that everyone enjoys me being in leadership. Aswell as providing essential resources to those who need it. and prioritizing the wellbeing of every single employee. and have the intention of having national guard active in as many events as possible and ensuring that national guard is the best it can be.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. first and foremost, my first advice is ensuring that there are strictly no rule breaks that happening. From meta gaming through to power gaming, if someone gets a god punishment, then it will be strictly taken upon, and that user can receive disciplinary actions. As a leader, you are there to ensure that there are no rules breaks and everyone is abiding by the rules.
2. Second of all, to improve the roleplay, i will introduce better bonus systems to ensure that all employees are motivated, and happy with the organization, from gate keeping bonuses all the way to event bonuses and department bonuses, i plan on ensuring that national guard can be the organization where people have the motivation to work. as that is one of the crucial importance from a leader. I strive on the feedback from all the employees, and if an employee is not happy with the pay, and bonuses then there can be changes upon anytime if there are alot of people not wanting to work as they are underpaid.
3. I will ensure that gates are always covered, and that national guard is always attending events, how i plan on doing this is to ensure that there are always open recruitments, and a method of getting people to join. Offering money in exchange for staying and working + signing the contract is a great way to bring people in to organizations, and also as a way i plan on gathering more employees i plan on inviting all my friends, and ensuring that everyone has a fair rank depending on the skills, and mindset, if i find someone working well, they will deserve a promotion, and i will ensure there a promotion ceremonys every week or two.
