26-8-2023 i got a ban and i made a thread and the admin (Bobby Pluxury) answered me and told me he will unban the main account but until now still banded after 2 days of the complain

First of all I am sorry to violation of 1.8 I did not have the knowledge of that rule. You can take a look at my situation if there is the ability to take another decision. At the end I know that i made a mistake.
