he was saying to leave bt how can i run when i was cuffed i was walking and going bt still he killed me !!

In my pov he was not cuffed he was casually walking into the operating area while still the raid was going on.
I gave the demands to leave and gave enough time to leave the area and he was just casually walking like nothing was happening.
If he was cuffed he should have started moving out of the operating area not into the middle of the operating area in middle of the raid.

Also u could say that u ware cuffed
