Hello There, I got ban for 60 days for General Rules 1.9, I will explain to u what happened with me.
I put the apartment in an advertisement in media, Someone called me with an offer to exchange the apartment for money and a car because he did not have enough money to buy the house, so I agreed because I did this for the sake of the exchange and not to evade taxes, I bought the car from him for 1,000 to sell it after that and compensate for the rest of the apartment’s money. I sold the apartment to him for 500,000 and 50,000 taxes were deducted from the apartment. after on day or two days i sell the car for 550K and 55,000 taxes were deducted from the car.
The total taxes that I deducted were 105,000 for the car and the apartment. In both cases, that I sell the entire apartment for money, or I sell the apartment for money and a car, the same taxes would have been deducted from me. My intention was 100% correct.
I havent complaint about Magnes Haste because she make the right reaction. I only explain what happen and my intention in what happened.
I hope that you will reconsider my situation, and I know what happened on my part, but I am talking about my apartment, and the car was to me just money, and you are welcome to sell it in order to supplement the rest of the apartment’s money, and if you collect the taxes for the apartment and the car, you will understand my meaning.
