Rejected Gen 2.21, Darshan Jain

I was jailed and warned without even knowing, i wasn't in city and i don't know why god- Darshan Jain did this to me. According to ghetto rules the gen 2.21 states that u can't use any painted weapons during captures. I had never been to any capture and never got any painted weapon. I only had a vagos armored vest and i didnt even used that too. I got kicked from my gang (The Families) in which i was rank 12. I request you to take an action and unjail me.

I didn't submitted time of ban, because i wasn't in city and when i came in city i found myself in the jail.
