As can be seen in my POV, PD are placing barricades on a catwalk. This is literally nearly impossible in terms of rp and provides a huge advantage as they should not be able to place barricades in a position like that. This has been happening at many submarine events and this ruins the event for every gang and I feel that many gangs feel the same way. The mass placing of barricades and things like this make the submarine event unenjoyable and almost impossible and many criminal organizations don't even turn up anymore because of this.
