These Officers issued demands to leave Capitol to an SS agent named Omm who was at Capitol to deal with a transfer to EMS. Dave and Demarcus then arrest him for “failure to comply, then as he explains he is usss that is why he is at Capitol they say oh that’s corruption! Also sexual harassment and harassment!” Then I represented the agent as his attorney, the same officers demote me in the middle of me representing him. they refuse to provide bodycam and drop the charges and after that , two hours later I tell the same officers of their mistakes and that my client wants a subpoena they suspended me and said I “HC Disrespected”. The bodycam attached is of the situation With Agent Omm. Omm requested that I post this complaint on behalf of both of us. Overall, Demarcus (who holds a lawyer license) corruptly arrested a fellow agent without a bio (as lawyers cannot hold bios). He committed FailRP by giving unreasonable/UB demands to Agent Omm aka 3229, by telling him to leave the area of his own workplace.
