Hello
so some time ago we had an incident with someone at the car garage he posted he's POV with 23 seconds long, when i told the administrator Jordan Huxley that the video does not meet the requirement of the posting rules i got ignored, and post was accepted. Approved - RDM | 277780
Needless to say the only reason i have killed that person was because he car rammed me in the auto shop 30 seconds earlier (also asked his pov of that)
Reviewed - POV Request 144296 as u can see in this post, administrator confused and asked me to provide the pov instead of the guy i asked and eventually got rejected because its not an event.

But today when i posted a post Rejected - VDM | 277780 it got rejected because i forgot to put the ID of the person as the rules says.
Why the rules apply to some of the players in the forum/city and for some it does not ?
Are you trying to lose players in the city on purpose ? or are you trying to help out your friends?
Because otherwise i don't see any reason for that kind of behavior.

I rejected the thread because the title does not contain ID. According the rules for filling a complaint the ID has to be in the title, it didn't have that and therefore I rejected it with the option to file a new complaint:
