ID 35598 will receive a punishment for State 5.3.
However,
ID 21305 will receive a punishment for Fail RP.(Running into gun fire instead of the other way.)
Notes: It is clear that there is an active situation going on, ensure you do not run into gun fire that you are not involved in.
Also, it is one player breaking a rule, there is no “Mass Rule Break” future titles will be rejected for incorrect title.
