Rejected 9893 | Scamming

So this guy trying to scam people by showing them some fake profit of his ATM business!
I know it's not photoshop ! But he for sure has used som illegal way to show that his business make 1.5 m per day !
He can just ask one of his friends to take out money from his atm and then give it to him back!
I want to buy it from him! But my friends told me that he is scammer! And i don't want others to be scammed in this way !
