STORY:
Kai grew up in a harsh place inside of London, England. It was a poor neighbour hood where crimes took play regularly. Then one day, Kai's mother was robbed and stabbed by some gang members while she was walking home from work. This made Kai turn completely, his life completely changed. He turned from a nice boy to a indignant boy and he would not let emotions tell him otherwise. He was seem like he did not care about his life anymore as his mother was the closest person to him. The death of his mother, made Kai and his father move out the current house due to no rent being made and move to the streets. This is where Kai learnt more things about the streets and ended up joining a gang. This gang taught him the ways of a gangster. How to make money, how to not get caught by police and other things that Kai found very useful. It was until one day when Kai really started stacking up the money the gang turned on him. This made Kai get badly hurt with some stab wounds and ended up in hospital. In England, treatment is free so Kai was slowly recovering. His father was worrying everyday and was always upset as he did not want to lose another loved one.
Around 2 months later, Kai was completely fine and recovered very well. With the lessons he was taught by the old gang, he took the lessons across the world to a place called Los Santos. He then started to see the good in people again and wanted to protect and server the country because of what happened to his mother, he could not let this happen to anyone else. Due to this, he joined the LSPD. He was heavily recognised by the High Commands and was quickly awarded a rank of Chief of Staff. This set up Kai massively and increased his emotions. He started feeling happy again and is now excited for the future...

OUTCOME:
1. Kai can drive off road in order to get to places quicker with SUVs only. (No Non-RP Driving)
2. Kai can takes drugs on/off duty to calm down and relax
3. Kai is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
4. Kai is allowed 1v2 due to his USSS director and spec ops training
5. Kai can go into Ghetto of duty and make drug/ weapon trades and to kill people in there.
6. Kai's bodycam is always backed up to personal clouds
7. Kai can use truth serum (using /try commands)
8. Kai can take bribes (up to 100K)
9. Be able to do any kind of illegal activities only while OFF DUTY (Must still follow server rules) (No LEOS)
10. Kai has a hidden camera in his glasses which is wirelessly connected to his phone, that can upload to the LSPD cloud servers or his personal cloud servers (turned on by /me)
11. Kai can search and destroy any bodycams he finds on a individual (/try)
