I was going 125~ on highway and police told me to pullover. When i slowed to pullover they ram me out of the road.
They said i was over speeding but when i look in the latest Traffic Code (published on april 18th) , It states that in article 3.1.1;
"Article 3. Traffic Violations
3.1 The speed limit in the State of San Andreas is as following.
3.1.1 140 km/h on all public roads excluding highways."
Also i got handcuffed without resisting and they fined me $35.000. This is also ridiculous since in the latest Penal Code (published on june 6th) it states penalties for speeding in article 6.1 it ranges from $8.000 to $20.000. (i was not over speeding anyway.)
When i asked another officer at SAPD building he said that speed limits changes by highway (which doesn't stated anywhere i can find) and i was fined by 3.1.7 but i can't see any rule with that number.

IC issue, you can go to GOV and get a lawyer to sue the officers, the car ram looked unintentional.
