While we were searching for a criminal wanted by state, suspect was at the area we were at. He showed up and gave us UB Demands (He thinks road is his property)

Thats not UB demands you was on his property so he gave demands to leave there is nothing worng with what he done. I have been done for UB demands before and if they go off of what happened with me this isnt UB
