Additional information
1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-> Service to citizens: Some people are drawn to leadership roles in the National Guard because they have a strong sense of patriotism and a desire to serve what they love. They see the National Guard as an opportunity to individually contribute to the security and well-being of their fellow citizens. That is my goal. I'm not doing this to be NG's leader; I'm doing it because I feel we can do better in serving our residents.
->Opportunity for Impact: Becoming a leader in the National Guard allows you to have a significant influence on both the organization and the community it serves. Leaders may influence training and operations, increase preparedness, and assist their units in responding successfully to emergencies and catastrophes. This sense of duty, combined with the possibility of good change, may be a tremendous motivation.
->OOC experience in Military: My real-life grandfather and father were also marines. When I graduated from high school, I enrolled in the North Carolina National Guard Reserve. I feel I can use my abilities and experience to make National Guard more realistic. and with the lessons my parents and grandparents have given me, I believe I can develop National guard to a level where all organizations will look to nation guard as an example of strength.
->Friendship: When i started the NG it was long time ago. I wasn't good at anything to be honest. they really didn't respect me so i left the game. then when i come back the leader was Steve Dash. He helped me, he supported me, and he made us to feel special and like friends. I will never forget what he done for me. he may not know but what he did it will stays forever. I want to be able to do the same for others.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-Increase the realism of the rank system and department names. For example, the National Guard cannot create marines and special forces. When you create something more realistic, you can apply the real-life situation and documents.

2. I can say that NG has a lot of potential in training, but sometimes you don't need to educate them what national guard does. You may have to tell them what national guard and Role Play is. If we could have some form of OOC training that educated members how to role play, it would be a further step for the city, not just the national guard.

3. What I'm about to say will not directly raise the level of role play, but it will assist. Leaders have to treat those they lead like friends. When a member sees that his leadership is there for him through thick and thin, he will fight for that leadership. He will devote time to it. He will know that if anything happens, his leader would be there for him, which will put his mind at ease and assist the role play progress.
