2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I want to become the leader of this specific gang because I have a dream to be a leader of an organization and I chose Vagos of the memories I got in this org.
2. The experience I got of being hc in different organizations like FIB, SAHP, Ballas and Vagos I learned a lot of leading people and learn how I can listen to other members and take their feedback and apply it to make a good term for my members.
3. During my time in the city I learned a lot about how to get my members to engage in gang events and get a lot of numbers for events like store and gun store robbery, cland, bs and fz raids.
4. For the turf I will make sure that I get the best shooter players for the turfs and we will win the most of the turfs we join.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will work on improving how to use the radio probably making it as professional as good as possible. I will work on listening to what hc says and following their commands.
- We will work with other gangs to make a good and exciting roleplay. We will work with them for hostage situations and other events and
- We will make sure that everyone in the gang knows the server rules and follows them closely. This will help us to avoid unnecessary conflicts with other players and ensure that our roleplay is always top-notch.
- In my gang I will make sure to not let anyone join the gang without knowing the server rules and can work in team because I notice many in gangs work for their own good not for all the gang good.
