I know that I have made mistakes. Failed when I could have succeeded. But since that time I have spent time in many orgs learning from the cities best leaders. I think that I have what it takes to set up and truly show the city that I can be a great leader. I have support from Ex Leaders who can help me out in any way. I will own my mistakes and I wont hide from them. I was inactive and I didnt put enough effort into it. This time if I get the chance I will prove myself by elevating other players and hopefully forging the next leader of an Org in my term. I hope I get the chance to possibly lead an org once again. All I want is another chance. I want to lead an org and I want to help others, if I was to run for leadership of a gang I would make sure I have great deputies that know what they are doing and that can help me get members in check and make sure the members know all the rules.
